Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile applications, websites and services provided by LifeCraftLab(“we”, “our”, “us”), including the Nibbleapp (collectively, the “Services”).

By installing, opening, or using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

You can use most features without an account. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You can sign out or delete your account at any time — see Account & Data Deletion.

3. License to use the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except where permitted by law.
  • Use the Services to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or any of our systems.
  • Scrape or systematically extract data from the Services.
  • Use the Services to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

4. Health & nutrition disclaimer

Nibble is a calorie- and macro-tracking tool. The nutritional data shown in the app is sourced from public references (including viendinhduong.vn) and AI estimation, and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider, dietitian, or doctor before making decisions that affect your health — particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are managing a therapeutic diet.

5. AI photo analysis

The photo-analysis feature uses Google's Gemini API to identify dishes and estimate macronutrients from a photo. Results are approximations and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying the suggested dish and adjusting the entry if needed.

6. Third-party services

The Services integrate with third-party services (Google Gemini API, Google AdMob, Google Sign-In, Google Play Services). Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Advertising

The Services may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. Advertising helps keep the app free. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for any transactions you may make with advertisers.

8. User content

You may create custom foods and log diary entries. You retain ownership of all content you create in the app. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to operate the Services for you.

You are responsible for any content you submit through support channels and must not submit anything unlawful, abusive, or infringing.

9. Intellectual property

The Services, including the app code, design, branding (LifeCraftLab, Nibble) and the curated food database, are owned by LifeCraftLab or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted.

10. Changes & availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We will try to give reasonable notice when changes have a material impact on users.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT NUTRITIONAL DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFECRAFTLAB AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you end and you must stop using the Services.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Vietnam, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we update the “Effective date” above and, for material changes, we will notify you in-app or via the website.
